How do I change my password for The Zone?
This is a several step process. Your Zone password is linked to your School of Medicine e-mail. This means that you will have to log into your e-mail account to begin the changing process.
Once logged into your e-mail account via OWA, on the lower left side of your Outlook screen, push a button labeled "Options". Scroll down on the right side until you find a button that says "Change Password" Press that button, enter the appropriate information:
Domain - MEDICALSCHOOL
Account - the username you log into your Medstudent email with (lastname.firstname)
Enter the appropriate password information into the labeled fields and press "OK". Your password for The Zone and your medstudent e-mail have now been changed.
